Townsville - North Tropical Coast

We went to the Castle Hill lookout.  It was in the middle of town and you could see around the whole town.  Then we went to the swimming lagoon where they had a kids pool and playgrounds with two flying foxes.  Mum and dad had a go and they kept hitting the ground. It was funny.  We saw some people at the lagoon that we met at the Airlie Beach caravan park.  The next day we got a ferry to Magnetic Island.  First we got a bus to Picnic Bay where we had lunch and met some people from Lara.  I had a kids roast with pepper sauce which is my favorite.  In the afternoon we went to see Glenn and Terry Bridges.  They are Cooper and Brodie's grandma and pa from school.  They live on Magnetic Island.  We had a swim in their spa and mum and dad talked.  They gave us a ride in their car to Alma Bay and we had a swim and a play on the playground.  It was fantastic.  Then we got the bus back to the ferry and the ferry back to the mainland.  It was a fun day.  The next day we went to the Riverways Lagoons.  There were two very big pools and they were very deep.  We had a lot of fun and i taught Kaleb how to do freestyle.  We went to a touchy feely park too.  It was fun.

A waterfall along the main street.
