Devils Marbles - Daly Waters - Mataranka

On our way to Devils Marbles we called past the emus at Wycliffe Well and there were six more chicks running around.  We stayed at the Devils Marbles camp ground for one night to see the sunset and sunrise.  They were both beautiful.  We also saw some dingos and one of them walked right passed our camp and sat next to the car.  Then we stayed at the Daly Waters pub which is the oldest pub in the Northern Territory. We went to their famous Beef and Barra night.  We saw a man named Luke O'shea play the guitar and a funny man named Chille. It was a great night.

At Mataranka we stayed at a caravan park at the thermal pools.  They are at a constant heat of 30 degrees. The water flows at more than 30 million litres a day, it was nice and warm to swim in.  We also went to Bitter Springs which was sort of the same as Mataranka but we got to float down a river on our noodles.  It was fun.  I hand fed lots of Wallabies that were near our van, and saw some peacocks.
